Trip to Alaska and West Coast

October 14, 2013 – 49F and cloudy. We departed Myers Flat, CA and decided to drive to Travis AFB Fam Camp which is just outside of San Francisco and the Napa Valley wine area. We came down US 101. It was a long drive and both of us were tired when we arrived. We went to bed early. The Fam Camp at Travis is nice. It has all the normal things and is only $20 a day with full hookups. We are planning to stay here for a week and travel out to Napa and the San Francisco area. Both areas are only about 20-50 miles away.
